Data Ethics Charter co-creation

Towards the end of 2017, a group of 55 globally leading companies from across industries identified data ethics and data privacy as a critical challenge to success in the people analytics function. i222 is partnering with our members to co-create a data ethics charter and set of tools that will benefit all companies looking for faster and smoother implementation of their data projects.

Two peer meetings were held in New York and San Francisco in which leading companies from the technology, banking, pharma, and manufacturing fields began the journey of designing a data ethics charter.

Utilizing design thinking methodologies, these expert practitioners systematically outlined the scope of the challenge, analyzed the needs of various stakeholders, and started to define solution options.

In Q1 of 2018 the co-creation enters its next phase, beginning with a January workshop in London which will focus on outlining solution components.

Interested companies are invited to apply to participate in the next steps of the co-creation process by joining the upcoming virtual workshops and live meetings that will produce the tools to implement, or improve, a data ethics charter in your company.


Organizational Network Analysis

Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) has been a hot topic in the last 12 months, but 2018 will be the year in which it either proves itself as a useful tool or a fad. The first webinar in our 4x4x4 series will be a vendor showcase with demos and case studies from three companies that are innovating in this space.
