Ian has over 15 years' experience working in HR and Talent Acquisition in large global organisations and has worked in various locations in both Europe and Asia.  Before joining Insight222, Ian was the Senior Director of People Planning, Analytics and Tools at Cisco Systems, focusing on driving innovation in both Workforce Analytics and HR technology globally.  Ian is a globally respected speaker and advisor on Digital HR, the Future of Work and People Analytics and specialises in helping organisations leverage technology and data to improve the employee experience and business outcomes.  Ian is an Associate member of the CIPD and holds a degree from the University of Leeds.

Jonathan Ferrar is a respected consultant, speaker, author and business advisor. In particular, he advises Boards & CEOs of HR technology and HR analytics companies. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the CIPD in UK. Jonathan owns his own consultancy business (Ochre Rock Limited),following a 25 year global career in HR, consulting and software in IBM, Accenture and Lloyds Bank. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered FCIPD) and the Co-Author of The Power of People: Learn How Successful Organizations Use Workforce Analytics to Improve Business Performance (Pearson FT Press, May 2017)

Next to his role at Insight222, Volker is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of TI People – a digital HR transformation and customer experience of HR (CxHR) company located in Hamburg, San Francisco and Washington D.C. Volker holds degrees in economics and information sciences, worked for U.S. and European consulting companies, started his own HR management consulting business and sold that company to CEB. There he held a senior management position with a global responsibility for HR consulting and HR technology before co-founding TI People. He works with CHROs and Heads of HR Strategy on innovation and digitalization of HR.
