1. Data Ethics Charter

Problem:

How do we build trust that our work will benefit and not harm our employees, but still ensure business value and impact?

Methodology:

A co-created networking project delivered over six months with over 15 member organisations who collectively created a data ethics charter.

Outcome:

A series of tool and templates: a code of conduct, guiding principles, an ethics framework, and a DPIA. Only available for our clients.

2. Organisational Network Analysis

Problem:

ONA is becoming the next “must-have” tool for analytics, but what is it and what can it do?

Methodology:

Delivered a webinar showcasing case studies and opportunities where ONA has created business value. On this webinar, three leading technology companies [TrustSphere, Microsoft, Worklytics] with ONA expertise shared their insights.

3. Employee Listening

Problem:

How do we provide insight into the plethora of vendors that offer employee listening solutions vs. employee engagement solutions?

Methodology:

Delivered a webinar showcasing four technology companies [Qlearsite, Peakon, Culture Amp, Glint] demonstrating how they create business value through innovative employee listening solutions.

4. Salesforce Effectiveness

Problem:

How can people analytics improve salesforce effectiveness?

Methodology:

Based on one company’s request for help, we sourced two global experts in salesforce effectiveness, delivered a webinar to all of our clients, and helped the original client determine the next steps in their analytics projects.

Outcome:

Specific actions for the original client. A summary presentation of useful resources, and a recorded webinar for ongoing access by all of our members and their wider HR teams.

5. BI and Data Visualisation

Problem:

What technologies exist to help organise, standardise, and democratise HR information?

Methodology:

Delivered a webinar showcasing four technology companies [OneModel, Visier, SwoopTalent Analytics, Crunchr] demonstrating their ability to standardise massive amounts of HR data and deliver contemporary solutions to HR and business managers.
