As part of the Insight222 People Analytics Program® we offer clients advisory time with our senior practitioners and directors. These sessions have been described as a “sounding board” or a “reflective space”, to test, shape and validate their direction or roadmap on a particular topic. We often find ourselves helping clients shape proposals that go to CHRO/CEO, without them needing to require a purchase order or to “buy” additional consulting time. Our clients receive a specified number of hours each year for this individual expert guidance.
