Aashish Sharma leads Workforce Intelligence for RTX, with a simple vision. His team is responsible for products and services that include Workforce Planning, Advanced Analytics & AI, HR Data & Tech Strategy, Insights at Scale, Employee Listening, and Business Consulting. With over 20 years of experience operating at the intersection of data, technology, strategy, and consulting, Aashish has built workforce intelligence capabilities at RTX from the ground up over the last 15 years. He has supported several business and HR transformation efforts, built solutions that that bring innovation and data driven decision making across HR, and has established teams with strong technical and business skills. Aashish has also stood up several strategic forums that bring cross functional leaders to collaborate, align, and drive the data and analytics agenda for HR and business.

Alex joined Insight222 in 2025 with nearly a decade of experience in executive support and operations. She has worked alongside senior leaders across multiple industries, building expertise in driving complex projects, optimising operational processes, and ensuring successful delivery against strategic goals. She also has significant experience leading the planning and coordination of high-profile industry events in the UK and internationally. Outside of work, Alex is a passionate drag-race enthusiast and an avid baker.

Alexis is the Global Head People Insights and Effectiveness at Merck KGaA, Germany. He is in charge of the Group HR Strategy, HR Data & AI, Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee Experience, digital HR and skills-based HR products. He has extensive executive experience in HR, sales, marketing, R&D, digital transformation and people analytics. As a global leader he is committed to driving business, organisational, technology and people growth. Prior to Merck KGaA, Alexis worked at Aon Hewitt and Accenture. He has worked and lived in Singapore, with great experience across the APAC region. He is currently based in France.

Allison joined Insight222 in 2026 and brings over a decade of experience in data and analytics, with deep expertise in employee listening and research. Prior to joining Insight222, she spent her career at USAA in a range of analytics roles, including seven years in People Analytics, where she led employee listening strategy, survey design, and insight delivery. Her work helped leaders understand employee sentiment, identify experience gaps, and make evidence‑based decisions that strengthened culture and performance.She is known for her intentional listening, ability to translate complex data into clear actions, and her reliability in moving work forward. Outside of work, Allison enjoys blending analytical thinking with creativity through home projects, baking, and crocheting.

Amit joined Insight222 as a client advisor in 2026. He brings a wealth of experience to client conversations for them to deliver greater value from people analytics and AI. He is considered a pioneer and leading authority in this field with expertise across the full people analytics spectrum. This includes operating models, workforce planning, data governance, employee listening, and predictive modelling. He is currently the Founder and CEO of People Analytics Success - his personal advisory, coaching and education firm in the people analytics field. Overall, Amit has 25+ years of business and people analytics experience having both external consulting, and internal practitioner experience at firms such as Apple, IBM, McKesson, Takeda, and Wayfair.

Anastasia is at the heart of Insight222 as the Chief Operating Officer, having joined in 2019 and worked across all parts of Insight222’s commercial, delivery and operations businesses. With a remit spanning across HR & Culture, IT Security, Commercial & Strategic Operations, her focus is to deliver operational efficiency that drive superior client and employee experiences to support the growth of the business. Prior to joining the firm, Anastasia worked at Gartner Talent Neuron, an external labour market analytics solution. Anastasia is a French and Greek national, who grew up in Greece, before finishing her education in the UK. She speaks four languages fluently and travels extensively to fuel her passion for world cultures.

André is Managing Director at Insight222 and a co-founder of TIPeople. He works with CHROs and senior HR teams on workforce transformation,employee experience, and the strategic role HR plays in business performance.Before founding TI People, André was Managing Director for Germany, Austria andSwitzerland at CEB, now Gartner, and held senior leadership roles at Kienbaumand Accenture. Outside of work, he enjoys trekking and field hockey.

Andy is a highly regarded executive with experiences in both the private and public sector. His expertise spans the human resources and finance functions, having led analytics, workforce planning and productivity/cost management teams in Lloyds Banking Group. Andy joined Insight222 as Chief Finance Officer and Managing Director in September 2023.  He is known for being an inspiring and collaborative leader, and building organisational cultures based on empowerment, integrity, and candour.  Andy also holds a NED position as the vice-chair of Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, plus he is an Action For Sport charity ambassador. He lives in Leeds, UK. Outside of work he has an active family life, and enjoys a variety of sports, including football and skiing.

Angela is a strategic executive in HR AI, People Analytics, and Workforce Intelligence with 15+ years of international leadership experience across Europe and North America. She is the Founder & Chief AI Officer of People Alkemie, advisory firm helping CHROs and enterprise leaders design future-fit operating models at the intersection of human capital, intelligent systems, and organizational design. Current clients include Walmart, Korn Ferry and European partners.Her career spans senior roles at GSK, Aviva, and HSBC, where she led large-scale digital and workforce transformations, architected enterprise data & AI platforms, and pioneered applications of machine learning in employee experience, skills intelligence, and workforce planning.

Angela is also an Insight222 advisor helping clients deliver more value from people analytics and AI. She brings her expertise to deliver advisory services to senior executives in our clients interested in Human + AI collaboration.

Ashar is Senior Director, People Insights and Solution Design at Autodesk. Before joining Autodesk in 2022, Ashar founded people analytics teams at GIC and Kraft Heinz, and started his people analytics career at Google. Before transitioning into analytics, Ashar worked in compensation and HRM&A advisory functions. He started his career as an actuary. Ashar holds a BSc in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Brydie joined Expedia in September 2021 as VP, People Analytics and Experience. Prior to Expedia, Brydie led a large-scale people analytics transformation at GlaxoSmithKline and built the people analytics function at ING Bank. Brydie was born in Geelong, which is on the southern surf coast in Australia, and studied a combined BA/BSc in Psychology and Medical Sciences at the University of Melbourne. She moved to the Netherlands in 2002, and to the US West Coast in 2021. She has an MBA in Big Data and Business Analytics from the University of Amsterdam.

Caitie joined Insight222 in 2026 as a director in our consulting and services team. She’s held various practitioner and consulting roles throughout her career, most recently leading employee listening and behavioural science at NetApp and prior to that at Dell Technologies. Caitie has a passion for data storytelling and partnering with stakeholders to integrate insights into their decision‑making. Caitie is an accomplished public speaker and has held several leadership roles within the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the IT Survey Group. She has a master’s degree in industrial / organizational psychology from San Diego State University. Outside of work, Caitie enjoys spending time by the Chicago lakefront, cooking, and exploring new artistic hobbies.

Chloe joined Insight222 in 2025 to partner with clients, helping them unlock the full value of our programme. She brings experience in people analytics and strategic business partnering. Before joining the team, she built her expertise at Anglo American, leading global projects that transformed complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders. With a degree in Psychology from Loughborough University and an early career as a Police Officer, Chloe combines an analytical mindset with a genuine understanding of human behaviour. She lives just outside London with her husband and son. Outside of work, she loves reading, baking, and spending time with her family.

Courtney is Senior Director, Global People Analytics and Insights at Colgate-Palmolive. Prior to joining Colgate, Courtney held similar roles in people analytics at AIG and Deloitte. She started her career over 20 years ago as a management consultant in the pharmaceutical industry. Courtney holds a master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from Columbia University.

David joined Insight222 as a client advisor in 2026. He is recognised as one of the leading voices in the field of strategic workforce planning. His expertise spans workforce strategy, workforce planning operating models, scenario planning, workforce risk, capability planning, and the integration of workforce planning into business decision-making. He is the author of the best-selling book The Strategic Workforce Planning Handbook (Kogan Page, 2026), and is the Founder of Dark Artistry Ltd, his advisory, speaking and education business. Overall, David has extensive senior practitioner, advisory and consulting experience, having led and implemented strategic workforce planning in large organisations including Ericsson and NatWest Group, as well as previously leading Visier’s workforce planning advisory practice.

David is a globally respected speaker, author, and consultant on people analytics, data-driven HR, and the future of work. With lead responsibility for Insight222’s brand and market development, David helps our clients create value through people analytics. David is the co-author of Excellence in People Analytics (Kogan Page, July 2021), and the host of our Digital HR Leaders podcast. Prior to co-founding Insight222, David worked in the human resources field in multiple major global companies, most recently at IBM. He has lived in both UK and France and worked all over the world during his career. He has been a director of Insight222 since 2019. David is a keen cricket player and supporter of Liverpool FC.

Dawn is the Vice President of HR Business Insights at Microsoft and a board advisor to Insight222. She is widely considered one of the foremost “thinkers” globally in the field of people analytics. Dawn and her team’s work has been published extensively including in many leading journals: HBR, NYTimes, Forbes, MIT Sloan Management. Dawn has been at Microsoft for over 20 years holding various positions in HR and Finance. Dawn will chair the Client Advisory Board for Insight222.

Felix is a Senior Account Manager for the HR Transformation Program — a membership network for senior HR transformation and HR IT leaders at large European enterprises. He's driven by building relationships that create genuine value on both sides: connecting the right people, making complex topics like agentic AI accessible, and making sure members feel well supported. With a degree in Business Informatics, Felix has always sat at the intersection of technology and people. Previous roles in customer success at FOUNT Global and SoftwareONE reinforced a conviction he holds deeply: it's ultimately people who decide whether a transformation succeeds, whether new technology delivers its promised ROI, and whether organisations can turn ambition into real impact. Felix lives in the Allgäu in Bavaria, where he enjoys hiking in the Alps with his wife and son.

As Business Support Manager at Insight222, Issy plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business, helping to ensure teams and processes are set up for success. With a diverse background spanning administration, education, and business operations, she brings a broad range of experience and a practical, adaptable approach to her work. Her career has included leadership, teaching, and operational roles, providing a strong foundation for supporting a collaborative and fast-paced organisation. Outside of work, Issy enjoys travelling and is working her way through an ever-growing list of countries to visit. She is also a keen runner, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog.

James joined Insight222 in 2023 to support and grow the People Analytics Program. He is passionate about building excellent client relationships and has a background in generalist HR and People Analytics developed over the last 10 years. James holds a degree in history from the University of Sheffield with a masters in HR and business from Aston. Outside of work he lives in London, enjoys skiing and is an avid supporter of Liverpool FC.

Jay joined Insight222 in 2022 and leads our products and services team. He is a globally respected leader with extensive experience in consulting, product management, and business leadership, with particular expertise in employee listening. Previously, Jay led strategy and revenue growth for EX solutions at Qualtrics and he’s also worked at KPMG, Korn Ferry, IBM, and Kenexa during his career. He holds multiple degrees including a Ph.D. from the University of South Florida in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Jay has lived in several locations across the USA, as well as in Toronto, Canada. He now resides in Nixa, MO and spends much of his free time watching his daughter play soccer and discussing the latest video games with his son.

Jens is Sales Director for DACH at Insight222, responsible for business development across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He brings a career built at the intersection of enterprise software, sales leadership and business consulting. Before joining Insight222 / TI People, he spent a decade as Director of Sales at Can Do GmbH, where he led the commercial side of the company's enterprise software business across the DACH region, including team leadership, key account management and product design. He also built and ran his own consulting practice, Zacharias Consulting, advising startups and established businesses on sales, marketing and organisational development. When he's not working, Jens is a committed Bayern Munich supporter, and divides his time between his townhouse in Tuscany and his favourite corners of rural Turkey.

Jeremy joined Merck & Co., Inc., in 2019 to lead their Workforce Analytics team focused on Analytics, AI, and Talent Management. Previously, he created a similar team at Morgan Stanley over nine years. Prior to his career in analytics, Jeremy led advanced technology teams for the Omnicom Group, founding several successful HR Tech businesses. He co-authored the HBR cover story, “Competing on Talent Analytics” in 2010, and a book, Ultimate Performance in 2007. Outside of Merck & Co., Inc., Jeremy advises tech start-up founders in the healthcare and tech sectors through the VC funds Semper Virens and PeopleTech Partners. Jeremy holds degrees from the NYU Stern School of Business and Rutgers University and has been an adjunct professor for Cornell’s ILR Continuing Education School for eight years.

Jonathan is a globally recognised business advisor, speaker and author in HR strategy and people analytics. Jonathan has worked in corporate business with extensive executive leadership and board advisory experience for almost 15 years with companies like Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and IBM. He is co-author of Excellence in People Analytics (Kogan Page, July 2021) and The Power of People (Pearson, May 2017). He is a vice chair of the board of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Jonathan has worked with clients all over the world and lived in both London and New York for substantial periods of his career. Jonathan established Insight222 in 2017. Jonathan is a keen tennis fan and landscape photographer.

Laura is SVP, People Insights and Employee Relations at MetLife. Before joining MetLife in 2013, Laura was with TIAA where she held a variety of roles in human resources, and prior to her work in HR, Laura spent more than 15 years in Finance. Laura holds a BSc in Finance from Clemson University, an MBA from the George Washington University, and most recently completed a Certificate Degree from the University of California - Irvine in Predictive Analytics.

Leonie is a Manager in the Consulting team at Insight222, where she has spent over nine years helping organisations transform their HR function and improve the employee experience. She leads consulting projects across Europe, with a focus on data-driven approaches to HR design and measurement. Prior to TI People, Leonie worked at CEB, now Gartner, partnering with senior leaders to drive performance through best practice insights. She holds a Master of Science in Global Management from NEOMA Business School and is based in Hamburg where she lives with her two young children.

Liz joined Insight222 in 2023 to lead and grow the Insight222 People Analytics Program®. She is passionate about educating others about how people analytics brings clarity and insight to business challenges. Liz spent the last eight years focusing on bringing analytical best practices to human resources and building deep relationships with business leaders. Among other experiences, she established and managed the people analytics team at Zurich Insurance and served as Head of People Analytics Consulting at Allstate Insurance. Liz holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She lives in Chicago with her partner and their golden retriever and enjoys playing ice hockey, baking, and skiing.

Luc-Olivier joined Insight222 in 2026. He brings a unique combination of global practitioner experience and strategic advisory expertise, having spent the last five years as Global People Analytics Lead at ABB, where he transformed a cost-center function into a value-driven, product-led powerhouse serving 100,000+ employees across 7-digit budgets and global teams of 25+ analytics professionals. Prior to ABB, Luc-Olivier held several senior roles at the Adecco Group, Hoffmann-La Roche, and Syngenta, working across pharma, industrial, staffing, and agribusiness sectors. His core expertise spans People Analytics governance and strategy, data and business intelligence, HR systems implementation and integration and large-scale organizational data culture transformation. Luc-Olivier holds an engineer's degree from Université de Technologie de Troyes and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Outside of work, you will find paragliding (certified pilot) or·scuba diving (PADI Divemaster).

Nick Hudgell is Group Head of Total Workforce Planning, Analytics and AI at LSEG.  With over 19 years of experience across total rewards, compensation and benefits, people analytics, strategic workforce planning, and HR operations, Nick has built deep expertise operating at the intersection of data, strategy, and HR. He began his career at GE Healthcare in a global headquarters compensation role, led compensation teams at GE Capital, and built and led the Workforce Analytics & Operations team at GE Renewable Energy. Nick similar built the people insights & AI team at Sanofi before moving to LSEG in 2025. Throughout his career, Nick has supported HR transformation efforts, built data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making across HR, and worked across functions and geographies to align stakeholders and deliver impact. He brings a strong track record of advancing people analytics capabilities and enabling organizations to better understand, and act on, their workforce data.

Oceane Daigneau Frugier joined Insight222 as Senior Brand Marketing Manager, bringing nearly a decade of experience in insight-led, performance-driven marketing. A graduate of the University of the Arts London, she specialises in content marketing, digital strategy, and cross-channel campaigns that enhance brand visibility and deliver commercial impact. Oceane has worked with brands within communication agencies, managing international campaigns, events, and PR across various markets. Having lived across Asia, Europe, and the US, she offers a multicultural perspective and blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to grow brand presence in diverse regions. Based in London, Oceane has a strong case of the travel bug and enjoys working abroad and exploring the world whenever she can.

Sara is a Senior Consulting Manager at Insight222, where she leads HR consulting projects and helps organisations build more effective HR and people practices. Since joining in 2023, she has worked with clients on complex HR transformation and consulting engagements, bringing a pragmatic, relationship-led approach. She is known for combining structured consulting methods with a genuine feel for people and organisations, and for building partnerships with clients that tend to last. Before Insight222 / TI People, Sara spent more than five years in management consulting at Accenture, advising large global organisations in the IT and software industries. Her background spans both psychology and business: she holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and an M.Sc. in Business Administration, with studies in Rotterdam and Shanghai. Sara is based in Hamburg. Her ideal day starts with a run or a bike ride, and ends on the sofa with a good book.

Tim brings over 20 years of enterprise B2B sales experience to Insight222, with deep roots in the HR technology space. His career has taken him from the UK and New Zealand to the US, with stints at IBM Kenexa shaping a consultative, relationship-first approach to working with CHROs and people analytics leaders.As North American Sales Director, Tim is focused on connecting US and Canadian organisations with Insight222's people analytics expertise, building long-term partnerships rather than pushing transactions.Originally from the UK, Tim now lives in Lincoln, Nebraska with his wife and family. When he's not working, you'll find him watching his daughter play softball, following rugby, and still learning the rules of American football.

Timo works with senior leaders on how AI is reshaping HR — with a particular focus on HR operating models, digital transformation, and what it means in practice for HR functions to become genuinely AI-powered. Before joining Insight222, he was Managing Director at TI People in Europe, where he advised organisations on employee experience and HR transformation. Earlier in his career, Timo worked at Boston Consulting Group and CEB, helping companies navigate complex people and organisational challenges. He also holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen, reflecting a long-standing interest in rigorous, applied approaches to transformation. Timo lives in northern Germany with his family. Outside of work, he sails and plays football — and is also a trained classical singer and cellist.

Volker is a co-founder of Insight222 and leads Products & Services. Over more than two decades, he has worked with global organisations to rethink how HR functions provide business value. He sold his own HR transformation consultancy to CEB, now Gartner, where he went on to lead the digital HR research and membership programme, before founding TI People to pioneer new approaches to employee experience, HR transformation, and AI adoption — often co-creating those approaches directly with clients. Today, Volker's focus is on designing the products and services that close the gap between people insight and business action, and making sure AI creates measurable impact in and through HR. When he's not working, he's a traditional archer and hunter, spending time with family, friends, and dog in Hamburg and on the beaches of Sylt.
