Anastasia is at the heart of Insight222 as the Chief Operating Officer, having joined in 2019 and worked across all parts of Insight222’s commercial, delivery and operations businesses. With a remit spanning across HR & Culture, IT Security, Commercial & Strategic Operations, her focus is to deliver operational efficiency that drive superior client and employee experiences to support the growth of the business. Prior to joining the firm, Anastasia worked at Gartner Talent Neuron, an external labour market analytics solution. Anastasia is a French and Greek national, who grew up in Greece, before finishing her education in the UK. She speaks four languages fluently and travels extensively to fuel her passion for world cultures.

Andy is a highly regarded executive with experiences in both the private and public sector. His expertise spans the human resources and finance functions, having led analytics, workforce planning and productivity/cost management teams in Lloyds Banking Group. Andy joined Insight222 as Chief Finance Officer and Managing Director in September 2023.  He is known for being an inspiring and collaborative leader, and building organisational cultures based on empowerment, integrity, and candour.  Andy also holds a NED position as the vice-chair of Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, plus he is an Action For Sport charity ambassador. He lives in Leeds, UK. Outside of work he has an active family life, and enjoys a variety of sports, including football and skiing.

David is a globally respected speaker, author, and consultant on people analytics, data-driven HR, and the future of work. With lead responsibility for Insight222’s brand and market development, David helps our clients create value through people analytics. David is the co-author of Excellence in People Analytics (Kogan Page, July 2021), and the host of our Digital HR Leaders podcast. Prior to co-founding Insight222, David worked in the human resources field in multiple major global companies, most recently at IBM. He has lived in both UK and France and worked all over the world during his career. He has been a director of Insight222 since 2019. David is a keen cricket player and supporter of Liverpool FC.

Dawn is the Vice President of HR Business Insights at Microsoft. She is widely considered one of the foremost “thinkers” globally in the field of people analytics, and joined Insight222 as a board advisor in 2023. Her global responsibilities at Microsoft include advanced people analytics and research for all their business units including the employee listening systems, and analytics and reporting support for HR programs, such as Global Diversity and Inclusion, Global HR Services, Talent Management, and Learning and Development. Dawn and her team’s work has been published extensively including in many leading journals: HBR, NY Times, Forbes, MIT Sloan Management. Dawn has been at Microsoft for over 20 years holding various positions in HR and Finance. When not working, she practices mixology and tennis, but not at the same time!

Georgia joinedInsight222 in 2023. Prior to joining, she gained several years’ experience in a variety of operational specialities in the technology industry especially in start-up/scale-up businesses. She is particularly passionate about working across multiple teams to align processes and optimise efficiency in operations. Her role at Insight222 is to lead our work in commercial, HR & tech operations. Georgia studied at University College London (UCL), graduating with a degree in Psychology and Language Sciences, and she continues to enjoy reading the latest research in these areas. On a personal level, she enjoys the theatre and skiing–living in London makes the former easy, and the latter more challenging!

Heidi joined Insight222 in 2023 with a broad role to develop assets, and advise clients on the value of people analytics. She has a 15+ year analytics career beginning at NASA where she worked on astronaut crew selection and training. She has since worked at Google, Wayfair and Vertex Pharmaceuticals leading people analytics projects, and teams, to create value for C-Suite executives. She was one of the original Googlers on Project Oxygen, a landmark project for the entire global people analytics profession in the late 2000s. Heidi holds a B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University and a M.S. in Business Analytics from NYU. When not working, you'll find Heidi with her family, on the ski slopes, piloting a little Cessna, or generally enjoying the outdoors.

James joined Insight222 in 2023 to support and grow the People Analytics Program. He is passionate about building excellent client relationships and has a background in generalist HR and People Analytics developed over the last 10 years. James holds a degree in history from the University of Sheffield with a masters in HR and business from Aston. Outside of work he lives in London, enjoys skiing and is an avid supporter of Liverpool FC.

Jane is an experienced commercial executive and joins Insight222 with a distinguished background in brand, sales, marketing, and account management. In prior organisations, she has held the roles of Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Growth Officer. She comes with a proven track record in business development, consistently exceeding targets and budgets and improving client retention rates through the design and implementation of sales led marketing strategies and the use of insights to drive growth. Jane is a collaborative team player, having worked in businesses ranging in size from 45 to 24,000 people and is well connected in the brand, marketing, and insight industries. She is an experienced public speaker and has also appeared on BBC News, Bloomberg, and Sky. Jane lives in London with her husband and two children.

Jay joined Insight222 in 2022 and leads our products and services team. He is a globally respected leader with extensive experience in consulting, product management, and business leadership, with particular expertise in employee listening. Previously, Jay led strategy and revenue growth for EX solutions at Qualtrics and he’s also worked at KPMG, Korn Ferry, IBM, and Kenexa during his career. He holds multiple degrees including a Ph.D. from the University of South Florida in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Jay has lived in several locations across the USA, as well as in Toronto, Canada. He now resides in Nixa, MO and spends much of his free time watching his daughter play soccer and discussing the latest video games with his son.

Jonathan is a globally recognised business advisor, speaker and author in HR strategy and people analytics. Jonathan has worked in corporate business with extensive executive leadership and board advisory experience for almost 15 years with companies like Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and IBM. He is co-author of Excellence in People Analytics (Kogan Page, July 2021) and The Power of People (Pearson, May 2017). He is a vice chair of the board of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Jonathan has worked with clients all over the world and lived in both London and New York for substantial periods of his career. Jonathan established Insight222 in 2017. Jonathan is a keen tennis fan and landscape photographer.

Jordan joined Insight222 in 2023 to be directly involved with client engagements and the Insight222 People Analytics Program®. With degrees in psychology and business, Jordan has worked in HR for two decades. Over 15 of those years have been dedicated to the field of people analytics. He has been based in Australia, Switzerland, and UK, with experience as an external consultant and in internal functions. Jordan has seven years’ experience leading people analytics practices globally with Nestlé and London Stock Exchange Group, with the full scope of analytics responsibilities: data governance, reporting and business intelligence, advanced analytics, workforce planning and strategy, organisation design and employee listening. When not working, Jordan enjoys the theatre in London’s West End with his husband, and spending time with his Chocolate Labrador. Jordan is also pursuing an MSc in Career Coaching at University of London.

Josie joined Insight222 in 2024 and is based in London, UK. She is a seasoned talent strategy business advisor and executive coach with over 13 years of experience working with leading global organisations. Her expertise lies in utilising data, design, and technology to address various people-related challenges. Most recently, Josie was EMEA Director at Korn Ferry, where she specialised in designing outsourced recruitment models and delivering recruitment strategy consulting projects. Prior to this role, she was a senior product manager at YSC Consulting. There she played a pivotal role in launching an AI-enabled, skills-based talent management platform, and as a leadership consultant, conducting assessments, executive coaching sessions, and development programs. Josie's personal interests lie in art, in particular painting, and interior design.

Liz joined Insight222 in 2023 to lead and grow the Insight222 People Analytics Program®. She is passionate about educating others about how people analytics brings clarity and insight to business challenges. Liz spent the last eight years focusing on bringing analytical best practices to human resources and building deep relationships with business leaders. Among other experiences, she established and managed the people analytics team at Zurich Insurance and served as Head of People Analytics Consulting at Allstate Insurance. Liz holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She lives in Chicago with her partner and their golden retriever and enjoys playing ice hockey, baking, and skiing.

M.J. joined Insight222 in 2023 as a Business Development Director, based in the United States. Prior to that, he held a variety of commercial roles in the research and advisory industry including CEB, Gartner and most recently Morning Consult. His passion is helping his clients solve complex issues by leveraging data and best practices to drive growth within their organisation. Living in Cleveland, Ohio, M.J. enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and his chocolate Labrador. His interests include hiking, skating and road trips across the East Coast and Midwest USA.

Madhura joined Insight222 in 2024. She has held various practitioner and consulting roles throughout her career and prior to joining Insight222, she was the Global Head of People Insights and Analytics at Syngenta based in Basel, Switzerland. Other previous companies include Deloitte, Dell Technologies, and Ford Motor Company. Madhura is an active member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and is an accomplished public speaker. Her work has been published in Journal of Business and Psychology, and Handbook of Positive Psychology and Work. Madhura has degrees from University of Delhi, India and Wayne State University, Michigan, USA, where she received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Madhura is a trained Indian classical musician and likes to hike with her family outside work.

Oceane Daigneau Frugier joined Insight222 as Senior Brand Marketing Manager, bringing over eight years of experience in insight-led, performance-driven marketing. A graduate of the University of the Arts London, she specialises in content marketing, digital strategy, and cross-channel campaigns that enhance brand visibility and deliver commercial impact. Oceane has worked with brands within communication agencies, managing international campaigns, events, and PR across various markets. Having lived across Asia, Europe, and the US, she offers a multicultural perspective and blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to grow brand presence in diverse regions. Based in London, Oceane has a strong case of the travel bug and enjoys working abroad and exploring the world whenever she can.

Stefan joined Insight222 as our Senior Digital Marketing Manager in 2022. He has a career that spans both North America and Europe, numerous sectors, and many areas of expertise, such as e-commerce, film production, recruitment, and IT. He is an expert in Digital Marketing and how social media improves business performance. Originally born in Yugoslavia, Stefan has travelled to 16 different countries constantly immersing himself in new cultures, cuisine, and perspectives.

Volker is an entrepreneurial leader having started and sold an online benchmarking and an HR consulting business. He also enjoyed senior leadership positions at CEB (now Gartner) with extensive experience working with CHROs globally. He now specialises in the digitalisation of HR and Employee Experience as the co-CEO and co-founder of FOUNT, headquartered in Washington DC, USA and the founder of TI People, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. When Volker is not “at work” he can be found on his boat or wandering the beaches of Sylt in northern Germany. He is most happy when surrounded by family, in his hometown of Hamburg, Germany.
