Anastasia is at the heart of Insight222 as the Chief Operating Officer, having joined in 2019 and worked across all parts of Insight222’s commercial, delivery and operations businesses. With a remit spanning across HR & Culture, IT Security, Commercial & Strategic Operations, her focus is to deliver operational efficiency that drive superior client and employee experiences to support the growth of the business. Prior to joining the firm, Anastasia worked at Gartner Talent Neuron, an external labour market analytics solution. Anastasia is a French and Greek national, who grew up in Greece, before finishing her education in the UK. She speaks four languages fluently and travels extensively to fuel her passion for world cultures.

Andy is a highly regarded executive with experiences in both the private and public sector. His expertise spans the human resources and finance functions, having led analytics, workforce planning and productivity/cost management teams in Lloyds Banking Group. Andy joined Insight222 as Chief Finance Officer and Managing Director in September 2023.  He is known for being an inspiring and collaborative leader, and building organisational cultures based on empowerment, integrity, and candour.  Andy also holds a NED position as the vice-chair of Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, plus he is an Action For Sport charity ambassador. He lives in Leeds, UK. Outside of work he has an active family life, and enjoys a variety of sports, including football and skiing.

Daniel joined Insight222 in 2023 to lead our Portfolio Management Office. He is an experienced project manager with expertise leading people analytics and HRIS projects. He began his career working as a Performance Analyst in Premiership Football and Rugby before transitioning to HR project management 10 years ago. Among his many accomplishments, Daniel led the PMO and analytics department for an HR and Payroll consultancy, servicing global clients across various industries. Daniel holds several certifications including Prince2, P3O, and MSP Practitioner. He is based in East Sussex, UK, and outside of work he is an avid sports fan, especially when supporting his son's rugby team.

David is an experienced events director having worked in the industry for over two decades. At Insight222 he is responsible for the delivery of our events in the Insight222 People Analytics Program®, including our Peer Meetings, Virtual Discussion Forums, Program Webinars and Global Executive Retreat. He has coordinated and successfully delivered over one hundred virtual and in-person events since he joined Insight222 in 2018. He has worked in numerous sectors during his career for some of the leading production agencies, and as a successful consultant for 15 years staging events in Asia Pacific, North America and throughout EMEA. David lives in the UK and is a keen hill walker and Tottenham Hotspur supporter.

David is a globally respected speaker, author, and consultant on people analytics, data-driven HR, and the future of work. With lead responsibility for Insight222’s brand and market development, David helps our clients create value through people analytics. David is the co-author of Excellence in People Analytics (Kogan Page, July 2021), and the host of our Digital HR Leaders podcast. Prior to co-founding Insight222, David worked in the human resources field in multiple major global companies, most recently at IBM. He has lived in both UK and France and worked all over the world during his career. He has been a director of Insight222 since 2019. David is a keen cricket player and supporter of Liverpool FC.

Dawn is the Vice President of HR Business Insights at Microsoft. She is widely considered one of the foremost “thinkers” globally in the field of people analytics, and joined Insight222 as a board advisor in 2023. Her global responsibilities at Microsoft include advanced people analytics and research for all their business units including the employee listening systems, and analytics and reporting support for HR programs, such as Global Diversity and Inclusion, Global HR Services, Talent Management, and Learning and Development. Dawn and her team’s work has been published extensively including in many leading journals: HBR, NY Times, Forbes, MIT Sloan Management. Dawn has been at Microsoft for over 20 years holding various positions in HR and Finance. When not working, she practices mixology and tennis, but not at the same time!

Dirk has been with Insight222 since it was founded in 2017, having been part of the initial group of people that brought the idea and concept of “putting people analytics at the centre of business” to life. He has over 30 years of business experience, many in management and executive roles in organisations such as the German Government, CEB (now Gartner) and the WorldBank. Dirk grew up in Germany before moving to complete his education in the USA – at Harvard Business School. He now lives in Charlottesville, VA. Dirk leads the Insight222 People Analytics Program® in North America, and in his spare time plays competitive squash – at which, he is somewhat of an expert!

Georgia joinedInsight222 in 2023. Prior to joining, she gained several years’ experience in a variety of operational specialities in the technology industry especially in start-up/scale-up businesses. She is particularly passionate about working across multiple teams to align processes and optimise efficiency in operations. Her role at Insight222 is to lead our work in commercial, HR & tech operations. Georgia studied at University College London (UCL), graduating with a degree in Psychology and Language Sciences, and she continues to enjoy reading the latest research in these areas. On a personal level, she enjoys the theatre and skiing–living in London makes the former easy, and the latter more challenging!

Heidi joined Insight222 in 2023 with a broad role to develop assets, and advise clients on the value of people analytics. She has a 15+ year analytics career beginning at NASA where she worked on astronaut crew selection and training. She has since worked at Google, Wayfair and Vertex Pharmaceuticals leading people analytics projects, and teams, to create value for C-Suite executives. She was one of the original Googlers on Project Oxygen, a landmark project for the entire global people analytics profession in the late 2000s. Heidi holds a B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University and a M.S. in Business Analytics from NYU. When not working, you'll find Heidi with her family, on the ski slopes, piloting a little Cessna, or generally enjoying the outdoors.

James joined Insight222 in 2023 to support and grow the People Analytics Program. He is passionate about building excellent client relationships and has a background in generalist HR and People Analytics developed over the last 10 years. James holds a degree in history from the University of Sheffield with a masters in HR and business from Aston. Outside of work he lives in London, enjoys skiing and is an avid supporter of Liverpool FC.

Jasdeep joined Insight222 in 2023 as a member of the products and services team. She brings a wealth of experience in data science, analytics, and client delivery having worked across a wide variety of industry sectors. After working for three years in Dubai, Jasdeep returned to the UK in 2019 where she established and led the People Science team at GE. She went on to develop an analytics client facing function within the analytics business at Workday. Jasdeep holds a Ph.D. in Applied Statistics from the University of Cambridge, and a Master’s in Mathematics & Statistics from The University of Sheffield. In her free time, Jasdeep enjoys travelling, dancing, trying different cuisines from around the world and following Formula 1.

Jay joined Insight222 in 2022 and leads our products and services team. He is a globally respected leader with extensive experience in consulting, product management, and business leadership, with particular expertise in employee listening. Previously, Jay led strategy and revenue growth for EX solutions at Qualtrics and he’s also worked at KPMG, Korn Ferry, IBM, and Kenexa during his career. He holds multiple degrees including a Ph.D. from the University of South Florida in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Jay has lived in several locations across the USA, as well as in Toronto, Canada. He now resides in Nixa, MO and spends much of his free time watching his daughter play soccer and discussing the latest video games with his son.

Jonathan is a globally recognised business advisor, speaker and author in HR strategy and people analytics. Jonathan has worked in corporate business with extensive executive leadership and board advisory experience for almost 15 years with companies like Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and IBM. He is co-author of Excellence in People Analytics (Kogan Page, July 2021) and The Power of People (Pearson, May 2017). He is a vice chair of the board of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Jonathan has worked with clients all over the world and lived in both London and New York for substantial periods of his career. Jonathan established Insight222 in 2017. Jonathan is a keen tennis fan and landscape photographer.

Jordan joined Insight222 in 2023 to be directly involved with client engagements and the Insight222 People Analytics Program®. With degrees in psychology and business, Jordan has worked in HR for two decades. Over 15 of those years have been dedicated to the field of people analytics. He has been based in Australia, Switzerland, and UK, with experience as an external consultant and in internal functions. Jordan has seven years’ experience leading people analytics practices globally with Nestlé and London Stock Exchange Group, with the full scope of analytics responsibilities: data governance, reporting and business intelligence, advanced analytics, workforce planning and strategy, organisation design and employee listening. When not working, Jordan enjoys the theatre in London’s West End with his husband, and spending time with his Chocolate Labrador. Jordan is also pursuing an MSc in Career Coaching at University of London.

Josie joined Insight222 in 2024 and is based in London, UK. She is a seasoned talent strategy business advisor and executive coach with over 13 years of experience working with leading global organisations. Her expertise lies in utilising data, design, and technology to address various people-related challenges. Most recently, Josie was EMEA Director at Korn Ferry, where she specialised in designing outsourced recruitment models and delivering recruitment strategy consulting projects. Prior to this role, she was a senior product manager at YSC Consulting. There she played a pivotal role in launching an AI-enabled, skills-based talent management platform, and as a leadership consultant, conducting assessments, executive coaching sessions, and development programs. Josie's personal interests lie in art, in particular painting, and interior design.

Liz joined Insight222 in 2023 to lead and grow the Insight222 People Analytics Program®. She is passionate about educating others about how people analytics brings clarity and insight to business challenges. Liz spent the last eight years focusing on bringing analytical best practices to human resources and building deep relationships with business leaders. Among other experiences, she established and managed the people analytics team at Zurich Insurance and served as Head of People Analytics Consulting at Allstate Insurance. Liz holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She lives in Chicago with her partner and their golden retriever and enjoys playing ice hockey, baking, and skiing.

M.J. joined Insight222 in 2023 as a Business Development Director, based in the United States. Prior to that, he held a variety of commercial roles in the research and advisory industry including CEB, Gartner and most recently Morning Consult. His passion is helping his clients solve complex issues by leveraging data and best practices to drive growth within their organisation. Living in Cleveland, Ohio, M.J. enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and his chocolate Labrador. His interests include hiking, skating and road trips across the East Coast and Midwest USA.

Manpreet joined Insight222 in 2019 and is our Chief Marketing Officer. She has a 15-year career in marketing, digital adoption and change management. She helped build Insight222’s myHRfuture platform through the creation of learning pathways and developing the content management strategy. In her previous role at Cisco Systems, she was responsible for change management and implementation of enterprise platforms. Manpreet is passionate about how change management and technology jointly improve employee and customer experiences. She loves exploring the world’s cultures and Manpreet travels frequently, has lived in New York for a year and speaks fluent Punjabi. When not travelling she is passionate about fashion and cosmetics and has developed her own brand of skincare (facejuice.co.uk).

Naomi is an experienced business professional with over 15 years’ experience, mainly in the financial services industry. She has undertaken roles as a HR business partner, HR chief of staff and as a commercial banker during her time at Barclays Bank. In the last six years Naomi has dedicated her career to people analytics, with particular expertise in consulting with business executives, HR leaders and other stakeholders. Naomi took a career break in the mid 2010s to travel around South America to learn Spanish anNaomi is an experienced business professional with over 15 years’ experience, mainly in the financial services industry. She has undertaken roles as a HR business partner, HR chief of staff and as a commercial banker during her time at Barclays Bank. In the last six years Naomi has dedicated her career to people analytics, with particular expertise in consulting with business executives, HR leaders and other stakeholders. Naomi took a career break in the mid 2010s to travel around South America to learn Spanish and immerse herself in the Latin American culture. In her spare time, she loves to watch professional athletics, having once been a junior national athlete herself. She currently lives in the UKd immerse herself in the Latin American culture. Nerea is an experienced consultant having worked in professional services for PwC and Aon for over five years, prior to joining Insight222 in 2022. She has consulted with global clients in the Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical and Financial Services sectors, amongst others, and in a number of functional areas such as human resources, finance and M&A. Nerea was dual educated in Spain and UK, is Spanish by nationality and also has lived in Ireland for part of her education. She is a certified accountant (ACCA) too! Outside of work, Nerea enjoys skiing, wake boarding, water skiing, tennis, paddle and scuba diving for which she is PADI qualified.

Onyinyechi joined Insight222 in 2022 as a data scientist. Prior to joining the firm, Onyinyechi has undertaken data and analytics roles in the healthcare and finance sectors. She has degrees in mathematics and data science and an MBA from Kingston University. She is a self-proclaimed lover of mathematics and business analytics – always seeking to link insights to business performance. Onyinyechi is Nigerian and speaks both English and Igbo (one of the many Nigerian languages). When she is not analysing data, Onyinyechi has an adventurous outlook and is always curious to try any new sport. She also is an avid cupcake maker and can be followed @drips_bouqcakes on instagram.

Salma is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience for our learning platform, myHRfuture. She joined Insight222 in 2022 having previously worked at English Learning supporting their learning platform, EF (English First). Salma takes pride in providing the best experience and support to our customers and documenting practices and procedures to improve the client experience. She lives with her family in London, UK. She has large extended family in Pakistan, to where she has travelled many times. As a practising Muslim, she undertakes daily worship with the performance of the five daily prayers. She studied Law at the University of Westminster and has a passion for films and music from different cultures, including those from Korea (K-pop), Japan and India (Bollywood).

Stacey is an accomplished executive with over 15 years as a commercial partner and consultant in the field of sales effectiveness and customer experience. She has leadership experience in CEB (now Gartner) prior to Insight222 both in Europe and North America. She manages Insight222’s sales and strategic relationships and focuses on consulting services and learning solutions, helping clients accelerate their impact from people analytics and digital HR. With dual UK/US citizenship, speaking fluent German and English and having lived in more than a dozen cities across five countries, Stacey is a true global citizen. She is often seen a tour offices with her dog, Iggy Fox.

Stefan joined Insight222 as our Senior Digital Marketing Manager in 2022. He has a career that spans both North America and Europe, numerous sectors, and many areas of expertise, such as e-commerce, film production, recruitment, and IT. He is an expert in Digital Marketing and how social media improves business performance. Originally born in Yugoslavia, Stefan has travelled to 16 different countries constantly immersing himself in new cultures, cuisine, and perspectives.

Volker is an entrepreneurial leader having started and sold an online benchmarking and an HR consulting business. He also enjoyed senior leadership positions at CEB (now Gartner) with extensive experience working with CHROs globally. He now specialises in the digitalisation of HR and Employee Experience as the co-CEO and co-founder of FOUNT, headquartered in Washington DC, USA and the founder of TI People, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. When Volker is not “at work” he can be found on his boat or wandering the beaches of Sylt in northern Germany. He is most happy when surrounded by family, in his hometown of Hamburg, Germany.
